A little about me...

I am a native Chicagoan, born and raised on the South Side and South Suburbs.  North Side resident for more than 20 years, and I currently live in the Ravenswood Manor neighborhood.  I have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, and ten years business experience prior to my real estate career, in accounting and purchasing.

I have been in the real estate industry for 19 years, and in residential sales for the last 15.  I have over $78 million in closed transactions, concentrating in residential sales (condos, single family homes, and 2-4 flats) in Chicago’s Downtown, North, and Northwest Side neighborhoods and nearby suburbs. 

• I work as both a buyer’s agent and a listing agent, with about 60% of my business as a listing agent
• Areas of specialization include Chicago bungalows and related styles of vintage single-family homes, condos in vintage buildings, and 2-to-4 flats on the North and Northwest side
• In-depth knowledge of downtown and North Side city neighborhoods and the nearby suburbs
• Strong negotiating skills with a “numbers background” to back that up
• Experienced with both short sale and foreclosure transactions
• As my business is built on referrals, I work to give my clients the best in customer service, and to make buying or selling a home as positive and as smooth an experience as possible

My awards and designations include Accredited Buyer’s Representative, e-Pro, Coldwell Banker Sterling Society, and Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer.   I am a member of the Chicago, Illinois, and National Association of Realtors.
